$260 for a half day pre-agreed upon honey do lists (8 Am-12 Am)
No add-ons without a signed Change Order Form
Commercial rate $75 hour
Written Estimates (using National Estimating Software) are $200. Use them for claims or to lock in prices. Quotes are good for 30 days.
